Purchasing procedure
Verbal reservation
Let us know once you decide to purchase. We will reserve the respective apartment for you for 48 hours.
Agreement on Reservation and Preliminary Purchase Agreement
We will sign a reservation agreement or a preliminary purchase contract together. Within 3 business days of signing, you will pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price. Within 3 months, you will then pay an additional deposit of 10% of the purchase price.
Purchase Agreement
We will sign the purchase agreement together, and you will pay the remaining 80% of the purchase price - either from a loan or your own funds.
Handover of the residential unit
We will hand over the residential unit after signing the purchase agreement and payment of the full purchase price. The handover will take place in Q3 2025.
